The goal
What we found
Your website says 5.0 stars. Google shows 4.5, with a visible complaint.
What it costs: Someone compares electricians, reads 5.0 on your site, taps through to Google and finds 4.5 and a complaint. The mismatch does more damage than the 4.5 ever would on its own, because now they're wondering what else isn't quite right.
The fix: Set the widget to show all reviews and publish the real number, 4.5 from 91. That's still a good rating. Then answer the invoice review publicly and calmly.
Your organic traffic has fallen 94 per cent in thirteen months
What it costs: At 1,203 visits a month you had a real organic channel. At 69 you effectively don't, and whatever happened in late 2025 is still costing you over a thousand visits every month.
The fix: This needs Search Console access to diagnose properly. Worth prioritising, because algorithm update, manual action, or lost indexing all have completely different fixes.
Your quote form asks for ten things before anyone can get a price
What it costs: Nobody types their full street address and postcode to ask what a switchboard upgrade costs. You're already paying for these clicks through 4 live Google ads, and the form turns away the ones who were ready to enquire.
The fix: Cut it to 4 fields: name, phone, suburb, what needs doing. Ask the rest on the phone once the job is real.
Your Google ads read like they were written by a machine
What it costs: The ad is the first thing a customer reads about you, and it reads like it was written by a machine that's never been to Australia. You're paying for every impression of copy that makes a 26 year old business look like a scam listing.
The fix: Turn off automatically created assets and write the headlines yourself, using your real 26 years.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.
Before you go
How did you find this without talking to us?
Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Does this cost anything?
No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.
What actually happens if I get in touch?
A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
